What is online coaching?
Online coaching basics
If you can't make it to our gym for training but still want a structured program, online coaching might be the ideal solution for you. Jordan provides programming for individuals who are already engaged in strength training and are seeking guidance for remote workouts. Please note that online coaching is not recommended for those with limited or no experience in strength training.
What should I expect?
Online training begins with a consultation, which can be done either over the phone or in person. If you are local and prefer to meet in person, that's great! If not, Jordan can gather all the necessary information over the phone. During your initial consultation, you will discuss your basic health history, expectations, interactions, and goals. Once all the information is collected, a customized program will be created for you!
Pricing and training options
There are two options for programming: single program or recurring monthly programming. Single program is a one off program. You will not be billed past the first program. This option has limited contact with Jordan. Single program cost is $135.
Recurring programming is a 6-month commitment minimum. This option includes your custom program and full interaction with Jordan. Have a question, comment, or concern? You can reach out to Jordan via text or email anytime. He will respond back to your request ASAP. If you need to pause or modify your billing date due to an issue, that can be done! Recurring programming cost is $110
