What is 1-on-1 training?

1-on-1 training basics

1-on-1 training is just as it sounds! You will work directly with either Randy or Jordan in a one-on-one setting. This option ensures you have the full attention of our coaches during your session, with training completely tailored to you and your goals. If you prefer to avoid sharing a training session or if our LGT or SGT options don’t fit your schedule, this is the perfect choice for you!

What should I expect?

You will start with a phone call or in-person consultation with one of our coaches to discuss health history and goals. That’s it! You will get started with training after that!

Pricing and training options

We have a number of training options for 1-on-1. Pricing depends on the frequency of sessions/week, length of sessions, and availability of schedule. We offer 30,45, 60-minute sessions for SGT. Frequency options range from 1-3 sessions/week. You will be billed monthly for recurring training. Single-session options are available as well. Please contact the coach you would like to work with to inquire about specific information on pricing and training availability.
