What is small group training (SGT)?

Are you interested in strength training but not interested in a large group setting? Do you want your training to be a little more personally focused on you and your goals? SGT may be perfect for you! Group sizes are smaller (2-4 people). You will start with a phone or in-person consultation with one of our coaches to discuss health history, goals, and fitting you into a current group or starting a new SGT.

What should I expect?

You will start with a phone call or in-person consultation with one of our coaches to discuss health history, goals, and fitting you into a current group or starting a new SGT. This is an excellent option for friends who want to train together in a semi-private setting.

Pricing and training options

We have a number of training options for SGT. Pricing depends on the frequency of sessions/week, length of sessions, and availability of the coach’s schedule. We offer 45 and 60-minute sessions for SGT. Frequency options range from 1-3 sessions/week. You will be billed monthly for recurring training.
