What is Large Group Training (LGT)?
LGT basics
The large group training classes are among the most popular options we offer at Joint Effort Strength. Each day, workouts will be displayed on the main TV for you to follow. There is a general theme or focus for training each day, and the workouts are primarily full-body exercises with some variety from week to week. We do not create random "WODs" for you to follow; our goal is for you to learn, practice, and become comfortable with our training methods.
How long does the session last?
These sessions are scheduled for one hour, but there is some flexibility. While we plan for your session to last an hour, the actual duration may vary depending on several factors. We will guide you through the session at a pace you are comfortable with.
What are the class times?
Monday-Friday 9 am
Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 6 am
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 5:30 pm
